just can't get it to work, not even with the examples found

Hi,

even when i can't get something to work i still love zoho creator,

What I have :

we have staff : (form = Add Searcher)
companies we work for : (form = Add Company)
profiles we work on for those companies : (form = Add Profile)

the form used by staff : (New Search Entry)

What I try to make it do :

The Add Profile has a lookup field for the company name, works fine
The Add New Search Entry has a lookup field for the Company name and a lookup field for the Profile name, working fine.
I added 2 multi select fields to the Add Searcher to allow multi select of Company an multi select of Profile.

Now what i can't get it to do is assign a staff member to 1 or even better 2 companies, so that when the go to Add New Search Entry, they would only be able to select the company they are assigned to, when working for a company does not mean you will work on all the Profile's from that company, so on select company, the picklist dropdown for Profile only needs to show those profiles from that company that you work on instead of all Profiles from that company.

I opened edit access to support for "SEARCHERS"
(All in searchers is private and thus requires staff to login to zoho, however i will need the Profiles to be accessed publicly aswell, if there is a howto section for that, most appreciated if you could pass me a link)
