lead search based on incoming call
I use freepbx with a software called ZULU that basicily integrates with outlook to produce a pop up based on caller ID, it also can use URL's . is it possible to have zoho bring up a lead or customer screen based on caller ID- something like below. I paste this into ZULU as and it opens zulu and searched for the caller ID
