Le but des formulaires est de vous permettre d'automatiser le processus de collecte de données : Zoho One est riche de constructeurs de formulaires, disponibles dans Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms et Zoho Creator. Chaque constructeur est conçu pour vous aider à atteindre des buts différents, puisque vous faites ces formulaires dans des optiques différentes. Lequel choisir, alors ?
C'est l'optique de cet article : nous allons voir ces quatre applications et vous aider à choisir la plus adaptée pour le formulaire que vous souhaitez créer. Ssi Zoho Campaigns et Zoho CRM proposent des formulaires en adéquation avec leurs objectifs de base (marketing et capture de prospects), Zoho Forms et Zoho Creator sont des outils plus avancés.
Pour construire des formulaires d'inscription percutants : puisque l'optique est de construire des listes de diffusion d'e-mail marketing, le formulaire sera généralement en adéquation avec le style des e-mails et/ou du site web ou du blog auxquels il sera incorporé. Il comprendra en outre peu de champs, à savoir (Nom,) Prénom et E-mail. Rien de trop.
Zoho Campaigns dispose en outre d'une galerie de formulaires aux différents styles pour s'accorder au mieux à votre univers.
Pour des formulaires web qui boostent votre génération de leads, c'est depuis Zoho CRM que ça se passe. Ici en effet, l'optique n'est pas de construire une liste de diffusion mais de disposer d'informations pertinentes quant à un client potentiel.
La liste et la nature des champs sont bien plus vastes pour vous permettre de faire parvenir dans votre CRM les données des prospects lors de vos campagnes de marketing digital. A ce titre, il est possible de créer plusieurs variations en A/B test pour voir quels champs, Call-to-Action ou couleurs fonctionnent le mieux.
Vos commerciaux pourront, depuis les informations versées dans le CRM, prendre le relai et engager avec ces prospects.
Pour collecter des paiements, construire des formulaires plus avancés en styles comme en options, comme la condition logique dans les champs, et mettre en place des workflows à partir de formulaires.
Quel que soit le besoin, vous pouvez utiliser Zoho Forms : un formulaire de contact, d'inscription à un événement, de donation, e-commerce ou invitation, Zoho Forms a les épaules pour tout. Même pour la génération de leads !

Mais alors, quelle différence ?
Forms sera un peu plus avancé dans le sens où, si Zoho CRM vous permet de construire des formulaires avec les fonctionnalités de base et fait rentrer les informations dans le CRM depuis le formulaire et créer des workflows, Zoho Forms vous permet une customisation plus poussée : créer des règles pour les champs, disposer de thèmes de fond d'écran pour votre page de capture, créer des règles pour les formulaires en eux-mêmes, créer des sous-formulaires et créer des workflows multiples.
Les formulaires encore plus avancés, par et pour des bases de données, se font par Zoho Creator.
Utilisez Zoho Creator pour des formulaires qui écrivent directement dans des tables de bases de données. Transformez les données en puissantes bases de données en ligne. Collectez tous types de données, même les adresses, devises et contacts : ils sont automatiquement validés lors du transfert pour avoir des bases de données sans aucune erreur !
Vous l'aurez compris : de la liste de diffusion à la base de données, nombreuses sont les collectes de données de par leur nature et leur finalité.
Mais vous avez tous les outils en main dans Zoho One pour créer les vôtres !
