Link to other webpages AFTER data capture

I'm using Creator to create an information capture form on one of our websites. Does anyone know how how, after the 'submit' button is clicked and the 'success message' shows, I then want another web page to automatically appear. This may be obvious, but I'm a non-techie, so any help welcomed.
