Hi, I only have a basic understanding of the software so this may be a simple solution. I want to link a form in one app to another app. For example, I have both a HR app for the client, where they can request help etc and a work log app where employees can track their requests etc. 

When a client uses their application to submit a request log using the form, I want it to move to the employee work tracker application to be dealt with. 

Is this possible?
