Linking Client Feedback Survey To Closed Deal (contact) in Zoho Crm

I currently have it tasked to send out an automated email when the closing date of a deal has arrived. In this email I have a link to a survey, however, when a client fills out this survey I have to manually find it and attach it to their file. Is there a way to send out a survey via an automated alert, and then when that client fills out the survey it will be directly linked to the client when they complete it within the CRM?
