We specifically do notwant to give any of our clients access to Zoho Projects, however we want to be able to add projects and track progress at a customer level.

Is it possible to create customer links to the CRM without giving them access or generating an email ?

Ideally I want to create a process in the CRM that when a Lead moves "in progress" a project is created for that customer - however will this automatically give them acess ?
