I'm looking for the simplest way to keep an updated list of Project names and status as records in Creator. I have one portal and am looking just for the following data :

Project ID
Project Name
Project Status

I would like to run this from a scheduled deluge task in a creator app so I can use in a drop down. Can anyone point me in the right direction - or have some code to share ?
