All of our List View - Mass Action Menu buttons are gone from all views and won't show up no matter what permission are set. This correlated directly with when we started using the new canvas views. But even when we switch back to standard views the buttons are gone. However, they are still in the the "Links and Buttons" section on the module customization page.

How do we get these back?
