I am totally new to this application and programming in general, and need an answer to this basic question.

I am looking for the easiest way for the user to edit data. I would like the user to click a button next to the school's name where upon he will be taken to a form where the data has already been inserted and where he is able to edit the information and click "save".

It is that simple. But how do I do it?
