Log-in issue

One of my users has a serious issue with login.
I have shared my application MTA Hiring with a user named Claire Hsieh.
She can log on to the system.
But when she opens the Applicants View, the system simply freezes.
I am sharing her login name and password with you to try out yourself. Can you send your email address to me so that I send a separate mail for that? I don't want these to be public.

I will also need to share this entire application to you. Please advise your emailid.
