We made a custom app (Days Off) in Zoho Creator. The Admin (who is also the sales manager) will create reports every month for every user (e.g. pierre_beerproject) by selecting a users name in each report. The purpose is that each user will have to edit their report on their names every month.

My question here is how is it possible that the Admin sees all reports in the overview (such as picture in attachment), but that the logged in user only sees the reports created linked to their user's name. Example: pierre_beerproject logs in and goes to reports and sees only reports every month on the name of pierre_beerproject and not those of augustin.
