Logo suddenly will not be shown!

Our logo suddenly disapeared yesterday from the forms and views! When we went from zc 2 to zc 3 our old logo was not shown either. But we then uploaded a new one yesterday that was shown in the views. In the afternoon the logo was suddenly gone again.
There is no problem with the type or file size of the logo.
