I need your assistance with 3 level of Lookup function.

Example of My data:

I need to do 3 Lookup fields on the same form:

1.User choose Products (type) > get list of product short-name (family)

2. User Choose product short-name (family) > get list full-name products (item)

3. User choose exact item from full-name list > get the code.

I created this form under my account called "test-mobile-1" (data) and test-mobile2 (form)

I succeeded with 1 level of Lookup but when i tried to do the second one i get an error:

In Criteria left expression is of type STRING and right expression is of type BIGINT and the operator == is not valid

Can you please fix the code in my form and tell me what i did wrong?
