Lookup tables

I am trying to create a form that I can use to to query an existing form. I tried to use the lookup function but it won't let me "look up" anything but Text entries in my other form. example, I built a form that collects information from several employees. They are listed in a drop down box. the employees can then log information they completed during the day and the time it took them to do this. I wanted to create another form that would allow me to select an employee then combine that with one of the tasks available in another drop down and total the time they used to complete that task.

Is that possible in creator?
