Using Enterprise Edition.

I'm creating 3 primary modules: Properties, Companies (will consist of everything form vendors to business entities that own properties), and contacts.

Within the property module, I want to create a lookup field for the current owner of the property. This could be either an individual or a company (business entity). This field will be the field used to pull mailing address information for direct mail marketing. 

Is there a way to create a lookup field where you could select from two lists that is in two different modules?
