Losing description after merging tickets
Hello,
We merge tickets when they are about the same topic from the same client. It happens sometimes.
We recently noticed that after the merger only the description from the master ticket is left in a thread. And the slave-ticket description is erased.
This is obvious as during the merger we have to choose which description to keep.
I believe this is completely wrong as we lose information this way. We definitely must save both descriptions in a merged ticket. I understand that clients can randomly create tickets on one single topic but we do not have the right to lose the information they sent us.
Please comment this or fix asap.
