Mail Confirmation of two completed forms

Hi,

This may be simple. I have a school booking form that is divided into Booking Details (Name, Address, E-Mail and other personal details for new students) and Course Details which gives details of the Course Type, Start and Finish Date and price.
I have also created a Combined View in an attempt to combine this Booking info into one view. I am having some difficulty with this part. What I want to do is create a Confirmation Page after the user has submitted the data which summarises ONLY his Booking (Personal Details) and Course Details AND send this as a confirmation mail in a invoice format.

I'm sure this isn't too difficult but I'm new to this game so I would really appreciate all the help you could give.
