Mail sent twice

Hi

In my appl. AFB System I have a form that should send an
e-mail to "input.PREmail" on update of the fieldname when "PRStatus"
= "Assigned".

The mail is sent properly, but my problem is that 2 mails are sent!

I am not able to see where/why the second mail is sent.

I have attached a document with my script and the two mails sent!

Can you please help me!
