Main form and subform

Hi there,
I've used zoho creator a lot. I am not sure how to create a main form and an associated sub form. When I crate a expenses form which includes report date, employee name, total reimbursement amount etc, and associated subform included all reimbursement detail items, like date, description, meal, hotel, etc.
