Main Form not visible anymore

After a Javascript crash within Zoho Creator I can't access my main (and only!) form anymore.

It is being listed under "Forms", but when I click on it's name it is not being evoked i.e. shown.

All views related to this form still work.

Any ideas how to retrieve the form?

p.s.: I personally don't like the name "Form". For me "Forms" are "Tables". Forms sounds more like "View".
