MAJOR BUG!! Datetime Submits 14:00 instead of 12,13 GMT+5:30

Hi Wizohes,

I've just noticed the datetime fields are doing funny things with the hour. e.g 12:30 and 13:30 on submit get updated as 14:30.. I verified this on an independent new app as well. This error is not showing up in pacific standard time (default). Only in GMT +0530 Asia/Calcutta. Please look into this urgently.
