Hey Everyone.
I have a call out company and when we get a call out I select the company calling us and start typing in information such as the response client
As we visit the same client sometimes numerous times through the life of this app, what I am hoping to be able to do is start typing the client and it will give me a dropdown to select from and IF we have the client in the system it will auto fill the address for me.
If we don't have them in the system then it will add it to the system.
I don't know if it is capable but something I would also like is if we have visited this client before is we will have a summary of the last 3 jobs show on the screen as well. I don't need that info on the response results but just in our line of work very handy to have information.
I don't mind if I need to use CRM to do this as I need to start merging information we have for these clients as well to a central location.
