MY NEW QUESTION:
I don't see where I can change User to Developer in Account settings. I see the column Role indicating User or Admin but nothing to click to change from User to Admin or Developer.

Hi,

Under Account Settings, what we meant by "Edit their Permissions", you can change a User(Can only access application) to Developer(who can Edit/Add applications) and vice versa. If you are referring to the Permissions of adding/editing records, this has to be done in the Edit mode of that particular View. If you can let us know as to what kind of Permissions you are trying to set, we can assist you further.
