Steps:

To customize an existing email template:
In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to Settings –> Click Email Notifications under Customization –> Click the Product Feedback email (or any other email you want to customize) and edit the content as required.

To set up an automation:
In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to Settings –> Click Workflow Rules under Automation –> Create a rule for the Sales Order module. Associate an email alert for the trigger action.

To connect Zoho Campaigns:
In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to Settings –> Integrations –> Sales & Marketing –> Click Connect for Zoho Campaigns.
