Mass Email Statistics NOT updating (Opened/Clicked/Bounced)
Hello Zoho,
A crucial component of our Zoho CRM use is viewing analytics on mass emails sent out and triggers are not updating correctly.
We are not seeing email triggers updating under statistics.
1.) E-mail opened is not accurate (we test with same email domain and stays as unopened)
2.) We have a proper hyperlink to our website in the template and we open the link and no update to "clicked"
3.) We have a trigger for bounced emails, this also does not update
It makes me believe it is from Zoho's end. Would appreciate a ticket and assistance in solving this issue.
