Mass emails going to junk folder but individual emails go to inbox?

Mass emails going to junk folder but individual emails go to inbox?

I'm testing out Zoho and whenever i try and send a mass email the messages immediately go to the junk/spam folder and do not show that they are being sent from my outlook account. However, when i send an individual email it shows as sent in my outlook and is delivered to the inbox with no problem. I've talked to support several times and looked at the forums and everyone is talking about the mass email issue and i know support keeps recommending SPF adjustments that haven't solved the issue

My point is that if i can send an individual email no problem without apparently using the Zoho servers why cant i do the same with a mass email? is there a button i forgot to click? The support i talked to told me to install the Zoho plugin to Outlook but literally all that seems to do is just create an inbox for Zoho email without truly integrating Zoho in anyway that is helpful.

Obviously this has to be possible without doing any SPF adjustments/adding plugins since it works on a individual level?

Outside of that I've really enjoyed the overall CRM experience but this is a huge deal breaker! why include a mass mail option that doesnt send to my leads inbox? if we can get this resolved we would love to use Zoho but i may have to search for a new CRM if i cant get this resolved....
