Hello FSM Team/Mr. Abid,

We would like to inquire if there is an option to mass update or bulk change the Owner of Work Orders in Zoho FSM.

Current Situation:
At the moment, the Owner of a Work Order can only be changed individually, which becomes time-consuming when handling multiple records.

This functionality is required in situations such as:

• When a Work Order Owner is on leave or vacation
• When responsibilities need to be reassigned in bulk to another user
  
• When Scheduled Maintenance Work Orders are generated in large volumes (approx. 400–500 WOs per month)

Issue:

• No available option to perform bulk update of Owner field
• Manual update is required for each Work Order

Impact:

• Inefficient process when handling multiple Work Orders
• Increased time and effort for reassignments

Request:

• Please confirm if there is a way to mass update the Owner field for multiple Work Orders
• If not available right now, kindly advise if there are any alternative methods or workarounds 

This feature will greatly improve operational efficiency in managing Work Orders.
