Merging Data

I have made a form in Creator that many users from my team will be using to enter information. Each team member has a different job and are entering information about a specific professional affiliated with our organization.

How can I make the data merge together into one entry?

For example: One user puts information about this professional's research interests, but then the next person may be entering information about what products that same person has for sell.

Is there a script to use to make that information all go on one line in the view without my users having to look up the information on the view first?

If there is, please explain in detail, as I do not know enough about scripting to do this on my own.
