Mobile Form and Japanese

I am making a public form for a school I work for and on the PC side works great. The mobile side I'm having issues I can't solve. When the customer inputs Japanese and submits, I get ??? in my email and on the Zoho view(which is private) All the feilds come displaying Japanese in the mail but it's just the user input. Please help.
