I saw that the recently introduced field Modified_User_IP_Address is not updated when the record is updated using scripting in a stateless form and remains blank/empty.

Is this the normal behavior for this field or it's a bug? I expect that the field to behave in the same way like Modified_User and Modified_Time and not to remain blank when the record is updated using a function and a stateless form, and I suppose that the actual behavior is an issue.
