Modifying ONLY certain fields

I want users to be able to modify only Certain fields when they VIEW the data (in View). When I create the view, i am only given the option to allow the user to modify "all" the data in the view.
I also dont want the users to eliminate or edit entire records. Is it possible to eliminate Delete, Bulk Edit, and Duplicate Records Buttons, from a VIEW page?

Please help me.
