Modifying Records

I am trying to set up an application where users can modify fields in only their own records. I have basic information on individual people. I want them to be able to choose their school division and have their name, job title, and email address to populate in those fields. I want them to be able to modify these if necessary and add information into the remaining fields. My application is at http://creator.zoho.com/dalyj2/copy-of-test-2/form/7/
