Module Aproducts linked to Accounts Name

I have csv file with Acompany, Aproduct fields and meaning : Products Acompany is making.
Some times one product sometimes more than 10 Aproducts.
Upon importing I iike to have the existing AccountName linked to Acompany, and that it is visible in the accounts Äproducts"module (like the Contacts e.g.)
S Johnson Comp make Product a, product b product c
Mayer & Co making Product y,y z. etc.

Csv files looks like
Johnson Co , Apples
Johnson Co , Pears
Mayer Co, Tomatoes
FieldCo, Prunes

etc etc.
It are some 36000 rows like above.

How to link that to the AccountsName ? and visible in the Aproducts module in Accounts.
