More 'Help' info and sharing
Hi,
I'd like to make a couple of suggestions which I think would improve customer support. There is a wealth of great information in this forum and the moderators need to be applauded for their responsiveness to request for help or information. I would like, however, to see all this valuable information brought together and categorised somewhere other than the forum (maybe a FAQ page in a wiki/blog!) and be used to augment the help file that comes with creator. I think a lot of people here would agree that your product is fantastic but that the help file and training videos fall a bit short of the mark. (Maybe extensive Zoho support will be part of the paid package??)
Another suggestion which I think would be useful would be to harness the experience and expertise of current users. I would like to see a platform (again a wiki or a blog would be good)where users could publish their sample databases that they have designed and write a bit about how they built, tips and pit-falls. You could then apply tags to the post and hey presto you have a library of template databases. If 1 user published 1 database it wouldn't be long before we have a library. I don't know how many users would subscribe to this but it wouldn't be hard to set-up.
Anyway just some thoughts flying around in my head. I'd like to hear what people think.
John
