more than 5 databases

Hi, i have a problem with my database. Currently there are 6 databases, and i cannot access the last one. Is it because there is a new biznes version? And i can only access 5 apps?

I have then deleted one app, and now i only have 5 databases. I still cannot access it. Can you help. the data is very important to me.
