Multi-line forum input - Placing data into seperate entries

Is this possible with creator?

I would like to allow my users to input multiple lines into a form.

ITEM1
ITEM2
ITEM3

Then click submit.

Then they are taken to a new form where each item that was entered has been put into separate database entries, and each is now has a form where more details can be added about each.
