So I was able to figure out how one picklist can effect second picklist. My question is, how can one pick list (lookup field) affect the values in the next two fields.

I’m would like to have a tickets sign up page that gives the option for sign up for one of two teams. When the user chooses the team, the next two fields should show the games available for the selected team, and the seats- as checkboxes – for the selected team. How can I go about doing this?

Also, is there a way of letting the user know what number entry he/she was for each game?
