Multiple filter and send sms

Hi,

I have a table (form) with several fields.

Each record is related to a customer and the mobile number is in a specific field.

I have Customer Portal function.

I need an interface (form?) That has to let my customers to define filters on 5/6 fields and then send sms.

Is there something already coded or some example on the interface that can help me ?
