Multiple Form

Hi..

We have one project with description below.

Form-1 :
      filed-1 -- this is decider field to choose the next forms
      If field-1 value = 1 then select Form -2
      if field-2 value = 2 then select form -3

Form-2:
     bunch of the fields value will be entered here

Form-3:
      bunch of the fields value will be entered here

Now can we combine view of Form-1,Form-2 and Form-3 ? OR do we have to have three separate views.

Can you please help be appreciated.
