Multiple lookups

Hi!
Thanks for a wonderful system.
I have one Q.

Is it posible to get multiple lookups?
Lets say a user register with name and e-mail in one form.
In an other form, the user write som feedback, and select the name from a "Lookup" list of names. The name is an Lookup to the first register form.

The nexst thing the user have to do is to find his/her e-mail from another "Lookup"

Can this be done automaticly? And how?
