Multiple selections for a single field
Really impressed with ZOHO - surprised I haven't found you before now.
I'm creating an athlete registration form for Special Olympics. Have 2 forms so far - athlete contact information and athlete medical form. Will also be adding a sports selection form.
The scenario: on the medical form would be a listing for medication, dosage and frequency of use. Some athletes might have a single medication [or none] while others may have quite a list. What I'd like is to have the data entry person add additional fields to the application where necessary. Is this doable with the current version of Creator.
This is a great experience so far.
