Hi,

I have a "Convert" button where the Sales reps can click on to convert a Lead to Contact. However, I'd like our Sales reps not to be able to convert a Lead to Contact if the lead's email address is blank.

Still new to Zoho, so I could really use your guidance how I can achieve this.
