My upload fields are all about half as tall as they should be.  You can only see half of the word "Browse"  I have sent support tickets on several occasions but just keep hearing that they do not see the problem or asking me to send info I have sent many times. I have opened the form with several browsers and still have the problem.  I am getting very frustrated. I have sent screen grabs, asked for help many times, provided access, direct page, but no one does anything.  Any suggestions would be very helpful.
