Need help to make a view read only - please help

Need help to make a view read only - please help

Hi.
I want to make a view -- read only. (No adding or editing etc.)
How can I achive this?
I have tried:
Actions -> Set Permissions -> add/edt/delete - <uncheck all boxes>
... but this still seems to leave the view editable.
Please help. Thanks.
