This call has to work for all the modules.

Schedule a call when the call result is put as "Requested call back", "No Response/Busy"

Can I get both the options where once the above request is filed the call has been rescheduled for 3 days later and one where once the call result has been noted with the above value, a call schedule window pops up

I did go through the above article but I am a little confused as I am not a deluge expert
