I would like to create a "Radio Button" wherein various other filed would be depended on its value. 

If the "Radio Button" is true then should show other related fields otherwise these fields should be hidden/disabled/greyed out.

Actually I get two types of "Leads" and both of the types require various number of different fields which are not common to each other. To achieve this I would like to create a Radio Button so the moment I select the type of lead it should ask me to fill up other required values otherwise it should keep them disabled/ hidden. A pick list does not seem to work for me which I have earlier tried.
