Need to track changes and issues CCing people on an email

Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out how to make this app track changes. For instance, I want to know that when someone edits a record, in this case the Requested For record. that person would start by clicking on color proofs, then at another time click on 1st Press Proof, then another time click 2nd press proof, etc. I want to be able to track what was requested.

So I was trying to do this in a hidden field but I maybe that's not the way to do it.

Also, on my script I have it setup up to CC (mail) a group of people when they have finished filling out the script. But it doesn't send it to the group - can you let me know if I'm doing the CC part of the script right?
