need verification code image does not update

The "need verification code" image on a zoho-created form does not update itself or refresh and show a new image/number when the browser's "back" button is pressed to return to the form entry page.
This means automated submissions are still possible simply by simulating a click-back and doing a resubmit because the image is unchanged.
