New bug - Form not working properly anymore

I had a form that -once all its fields were filled- used to
close automatically and display "data added succesfully!"

Now it stays open, doesn't display the message, we have to
click "close" and refresh the page to see the new entry
displayed in the view...

Any idea as to what could be causing this new bug?
